Our journey begins with an experienced chef who grew up in the rich culture of Punjab – a land known for its hearty meals soulful music and legendary hospitality. Raised with the spirit of mehmaan nawazii or guest hospitality our chef learned early that food was never just about filling plates but about filling hearts. From smoky tandoor rotis to slow simmered daals from buttery chicken karahi to festive jalebis Punjabi kitchens have always been a place where flavors meet friendship.

But our chef dreamed bigger – not just of cooking but of creating a baithak – a place where people could sit together share stories laugh freely and enjoy food the way it is meant to be enjoyed.
