Terms & Conditions

When you book with us we kindly ask for 50 percent of the total based on the expected number of guests. The remaining 50 percent can be paid one week before the function along with the final confirmation of numbers.

We are happy to make changes to your booking up to one week before the function and final payment. After this we will still do our best to accommodate requests but extra charges may apply.

Almost all of our food is freshly prepared on the day to give you the best flavor. Desserts may be prepared earlier to maintain quality.

Children six years and older are charged at the regular per person rate.

If you have a band or extra people supporting your event please include them in your guest count so we can plan accordingly.

We sometimes allow take away food for the host or guests but this is decided on the day for health and safety reasons. If you choose to take food after the event please note it is at your own risk.

To make sure everything is fair we may discreetly check the number of guests during the function. If there are more guests than originally agreed we will simply adjust the bill on the day.
